Our Story Since 2015

ALO BRO LTD started in 2015 when our founder spent six months tracking every invoice discrepancy reported by friends and family at various Mumbai workshops. The pattern was consistent — verbal estimates, vague line items, and charges that appeared only at collection. The solution wasn't complicated: write everything down, agree before starting, call the customer if anything changes. That principle became our operating standard from the first day we opened. Nearly a decade later, the cream-and-burgundy workshop runs on the same philosophy. Our team has grown from three to twelve, the equipment has been upgraded twice, but the job sheet process has never changed. Honest pricing isn't a promotion — it's the way we run every single job.

Our Team of Twelve — Certified and Experienced

Our twelve-person team includes six certified mechanics, two diagnostic specialists, a dedicated bodywork painter, and three customer-facing service advisors. Average tenure on the technical side is seven years — long enough that our mechanics have seen the full service history of many of our regular customers' vehicles. That continuity matters. When your car has been serviced by the same technician for three years, they notice subtle changes that a fresh pair of eyes might miss. We structure our rotas to keep technician-customer relationships intact wherever possible, because familiarity with a vehicle is a genuine safety advantage, not just a nice touch.
