If you'd prefer to bring the vehicle in for an inspection first, walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday. Our reception team, trained to explain technical issues in plain language, will sit with you and walk through the diagnostic findings before any decision is required. For non-urgent queries, email works well — we aim to respond within one business day, and we'll include a written estimate in our reply where the job scope allows.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome for inspections and basic servicing. For larger jobs such as bodywork or full engine servicing, booking in advance ensures we have the parts ready and a bay allocated, which typically means a same-day finish rather than an overnight stay.

Will the final invoice ever be higher than the estimate?

Only with your explicit approval. If our mechanics discover additional issues once work has begun, we stop, photograph the finding, and call you before proceeding. You choose whether to add the work. Your signature on the estimate is our contract with you.

What brands of parts do you use?

We use OEM parts or OEM-equivalent alternatives from recognised manufacturers. We never fit unbranded parts without discussing it with you first. If you have a brand preference, tell us when you book and we'll source accordingly.

How long does a standard service take?

A routine oil-and-filter service with a multi-point check typically takes between 90 minutes and two hours. Tyre fitting and balancing for a set of four is usually done within the hour. Diagnostic sessions vary depending on fault complexity, but we give you a time estimate when you drop off the car.

Is there a warranty on the parts you fit?

Yes — all replacement parts carry a 90-day warranty. If a component fails within that period due to a manufacturing defect or installation issue, we replace it at no cost. Wear-and-tear from continued vehicle use is assessed case by case, and we'll always be transparent about our assessment.
